We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier issues, or external disruptions.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 48 hours.

We may assist in liaising with manufacturers but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions is not covered. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified professional.
10. Trade Customers
Where you are purchasing in the course of business:
- consumer cancellation rights do not apply;
- returns are accepted at our discretion;
- restocking charges may apply.
Separate trade terms may apply where agreed.

- losses arising from incorrect installation or misuse of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
