It is designed for users who want precise temperature control, versatile cooking modes and the convenience of features such as Gourmet Mode presets, Wi-Fi enabled control, self-clean and a temperature probe. Stainless-steel construction and pro style handles complete the cohesive look.
The rangetop has six dual-stacked burners: one 9,200 Btu burner, two 15,000 Btu burners, two 18,000 Btu burners and one 20,000 Btu burner. It also includes a 16,000 Btu infrared charbroiler and a 15,000 Btu (14,000 Btu LP) infrared griddle.
The ovens provide ten modes: Bake, Broil, Convection, Convection Roast, Dehydrate, Gourmet, Proof, Roast, Stone and Warm. Gourmet Mode offers nearly 50 presets that automatically control the oven.
Oven 1 has a usable capacity of 3.2 cu. ft. and an overall capacity of 5.1 cu. ft. Oven 2 has a usable capacity of 2.8 cu. ft. and an overall capacity of 4.5 cu. ft.
Yes. The oven is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing you to remotely preheat, select cooking modes and adjust oven temperature from a mobile device.
The range requires a 240/208 VAC, 60 Hz electrical supply on a 50 amp dedicated circuit. Gas requirements are a 3/4' ID supply line with a 1/2' NPT female gas inlet.
