


The 48' dual fuel range DF48650G/S/P combines six dual-stacked gas burners with an infrared griddle and two electric ovens featuring Wolf’s Dual VertiCross™ convection system. It is designed for cooks who want precise high-to-low temperature control, consistent multi-rack cooking and versatile oven modes, including Gourmet Mode with nearly 50 presets. Stainless steel construction, pro style handles and a choice of red, black or stainless knobs support a cohesive, professional kitchen look.
The range has six dual-stacked, sealed gas burners: one 9,200 Btu burner, two 15,000 Btu burners, two 18,000 Btu burners and one 20,000 Btu burner, plus a 15,000 Btu (14,000 Btu LP) griddle.
The ovens offer Bake, Broil, Convection, Convection Roast, Dehydrate, Gourmet, Proof, Roast, Stone and Warm modes, along with self-clean, delayed start, timed cook and Sabbath features.
Oven 1 has a usable capacity of 1.8 cu. ft. and an overall capacity of 2.7 cu. ft. Oven 2 has a usable capacity of 3.2 cu. ft. and an overall capacity of 5.1 cu. ft.
