The SMEG KPF12T Portofino chimney cooker hood is a 120 cm stainless steel and painted model in a turquoise finish, designed for ducted extraction or recirculation. It offers three speeds plus an intensive setting, with a maximum intensive extraction rate of 777 m³/h and A+ energy efficiency. Featuring Portofino control knobs, four LED lights at 4000 K and stainless steel anti-grease filters, it provides effective extraction and illumination above gas or electric hobs.
The hood provides three standard speeds plus an intensive/turbo setting for times when extra fast extraction is required. Operation is managed via two Portofino-style steel-effect control knobs.
Installation can be configured for ducted extraction to the outside or for recirculation. A non-return valve is included, and the vent outlet diameter is 150 mm. The minimum recommended distance from both gas and electric hobs is 650 mm.
Stainless steel filters are fitted to help remove grease from steam during cooking. The integrated LED lighting system with four 4 W lamps at 4000 K illuminates the cooking area and can contribute to the ambience of the kitchen.

The maximum extraction rate at standard highest speed is 606 m³/h, while the intensive extraction rate is 777 m³/h. The free outlet maximum capacity is 815 m³/h.
The hood has three speeds plus an intensive speed setting. Extraction and noise levels are specified for each speed according to IEC 61591 and IEC 60704-2-13.
The energy efficiency class is A+, with an annual efficiency consumption (AEChood) of 42 kWh/year. The fluid dynamic efficiency class is A and the lighting efficiency class is also A.
Yes. The hood can be used either ducted out or in re-circulation mode. For recirculation, compatible charcoal filters such as FLT6 or KITALLFC are available.
The specified minimum distance from both gas hobs and electric hobs is 650 mm.
The hood is equipped with four LED lights of 4 W each, with a colour temperature of 4000 K. The lighting efficiency is 74,8 lux/W and the average illumination on the cooking surface (Emiddle) is 329 lux.
