Offering hot air with adjustable humidity levels, sous-vide cooking, grill functions and automatic cleaning with descaling, it suits users seeking precise temperature control, convenient programmes and integrated water connection.
The GS271100 has a net volume of 50 litres, with a usable volume of 50 as defined in 2010/30/EC, and provides 3 tray levels.
Cooking modes include hot air with 0%, 30%, 60%, 80% or 100% humidity, grill with circulated air, grill levels 1 and 2 with humidity, sous-vide, low temperature cooking, dough proving, keeping warm, defrosting and regenerating. There are 200 automatic programmes and setting recommendations, and you can save up to 30 favourites.
The oven has automatic cleaning and automatic descaling for the steam generator. A drying programme and automatic drying of the cavity operate at the end of the cooking process, and all removable parts and accessories, including the strainer filter, are dishwasher-safe.
Safety features include a child lock, electronic door lock to prevent unintentional opening, safety shut-off, a thermally insulated door with triple glazing and cooled housing with temperature protection.
The GS271100 requires only a cold water connection with a 3.0 m inlet hose (ISO228-G 3/4'' connection, extendable) and a 3.0 m outlet hose (Ø 25 mm, extendable, maximum 5 m). Softened water must have a conductivity of more than 200 µS/cm to allow water detection.
Yes. The appliance is intended for front flush installation. The niche should be planned without a back wall, and no protruding front panel, horizontal handle or high cabinet top should be fitted directly above it.
