The GS271100 offers hot air with 0%, 30%, 60%, 80% or 100% humidity, grill with circulated air, grill level 1 and 2 with humidity, sous-vide cooking, low temperature cooking, dough proving, keeping warm, defrosting and regenerating. It also includes 200 automatic programmes with setting recommendations.
Yes. It features automatic cleaning, automatic descaling for the steam generator, a drying programme and automatic drying of the cavity at the end of the cooking process. The stainless steel interior and dishwasher-safe removable parts, including the stainer filter, further support easy cleaning.
The appliance is intended for front flush installation and requires a niche size of 442–450 mm (H) x 560–568 mm (W) x 550 mm (D). No other electrical appliance, protruding front panel, horizontal handle or high cabinet top should be installed directly above it, and the worktop edge above must be steam resistant.
The GS271100 requires only a cold water connection. It is supplied with a 3.0 m inlet hose with ISO228-G 3/4'' (Ø 26.4 mm) connection and a 3.0 m outlet hose (Ø 25 mm), both extendable. Softened water must have a conductivity of > 200 µS/cm to allow water detection.
Safety features include a child lock, electronic door lock to prevent unintentional opening, safety shut-off, thermally insulated triple glazed door and cooled housing with temperature protection. The mains socket must be accessible and located outside the built-in niche.
