





The Gaggenau CI262115 is a 60 cm flex induction cooktop from the 200 series, designed for use with magnetic iron pots and pans. It offers flex induction cooking areas with free positioning of cookware, a professional cooking function with predefined heat zones, and temperature control functions for pots and pans. With Twist-Pad magnetic knob control, two colour displays, integrated WiFi for selected Home Connect services, and multiple safety features, it supports versatile, precise cooking.
Installation is possible in worktops made of stone, synthetics or solid wood. Heat resistance and watertight sealing of the cut edges must be observed. For other materials, the worktop manufacturer should be consulted.
The appliance must be fixed from underneath. It operates only with magnetic (induction) iron pots and pans. For optimal heat distribution, the use of sandwich bottom cookware is recommended.
