Can the CV282101 be used with both extraction and recirculation?

Yes. The ventilation system can operate as an air extraction or recirculation system. For recirculation, an integrated activated charcoal filter is used and can be removed easily from above. Installation kits are available for unducted recirculation and ducted recirculation.

What cookware is compatible with this flex induction cooktop?

The appliance operates with magnetic (induction) iron pots and pans only. For optimal heat distribution, the use of sandwich bottom cookware is recommended.

How do I clean the grease filter and ventilation cover?

The large–scale metal grease filter unit is removable and dishwasher–safe. The high–grade black zinc die–cast cover for the ventilation system is also removable and dishwasher–safe, making cleaning straightforward.

Does the cooktop have child safety features?

Yes. The CV282101 includes a child lock, a main switch, operation indicator, pot detection and a two–stage residual heat indicator for each zone, along with a safety shut–off function.

What digital functions are available via Home Connect?

Selected digital services include remote control and monitoring of the ventilation, remote monitoring of cooking zones and remote diagnostics. An integrated WiFi module enables these Home Connect functions, subject to service availability in the respective country.

What are the minimum cabinet and worktop dimensions required?
