The Series 6 built-in warming drawer BIC510NS0B is a stainless steel appliance designed for a 14 cm niche. It is suitable for pre-heating plates, keeping food and drinks warm, proving yeast dough and thawing delicate foods. With capacity for up to 14 plates or 64 espresso cups and loading up to 15 kg, it combines a push-pull opening mechanism with a stainless steel cavity and practical anti-slip mat.
The warming drawer offers 4 functions: keeping drinks and food warm, pre-warming of tableware, yeast dough proving and thawing of delicate foods. The push-pull opening mechanism uses a spring system to allow easy opening and closing.
It is designed as a built-in appliance for a 14 cm niche, with a niche dimension of 140 mm x 560 mm – 568 mm x 550 mm. Compact ovens with an appliance height of 455 mm can be installed above the warming drawer and an intermediate floor is not required.
