Traditional cooking functions include Static, Fan assisted, Circulaire, Turbo (circulaire + bottom + upper + fan), ECO, Large grill, Fan grill (large), Base, Circulaire + bottom and Pizza.

Additional functions include Defrost by time, Proving, Stone cooking, BBQ, Air–Fry and Sabbath, along with a dedicated pyrolytic cleaning cycle. The rapid preheat function can be used to reach the selected temperature in just a few minutes.

Circulaire: combination of fan and circular element for hot air cooking, with benefits such as no preheat if cook time exceeds 20 minutes, reduced flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy use and shorter cook times.
Upper and lower element only: traditional method best suited for single items in the centre of the oven, ideal for roasts, fruit cakes and bread.
Lower heating element only: ideal for foods requiring extra base temperature without browning, such as pastry dishes and pizza, and suitable for slow cooking stews and casseroles.
Circulaire with lower element: adds extra heat at the base for food needing additional cooking.
