Coffee portions can be prepared as Ristretto–Corto (small portion), Normale (medium portion) or Lungo (large portion).

Coffee beans and ground coffee

The appliance can use both coffee beans and ground coffee. Coffee beans are processed by a conical stainless steel grinder with 13 levels adjustable grinder and the coarseness of grind can be adjusted. A separate ground coffee compartment is also provided.

Automatic rinsing and descaling

There is an automatic rinsing with hot water when the coffee machine is switched on. The descaling function removes excess limestone deposits in the tank and supports proper operation. The need to perform descaling is signalled by the product itself.

Programmable switch–on and temperature

It is possible to programme automatic switch–on so the machine is ready for use at the required time. Brewing temperature is between 88 and 96°C, with three levels of adjustable coffee temperature to suit taste.

Milk system and steam

The stainless steel thermal carafe (0.5 L) keeps milk fresh for longer, is fitted with an auto–clean system and a knob to adjust the milk froth. Milk froth temperature is 60°C. The semiprofessional steamer, with dedicated heating element, manages steam outlet and is suitable for hot chocolate, punch, bombardino and vin brulé.
