- Exterior - The hotel is a modern high rise building. The base of the building is in stone, in the manner of traditional New York buildings.
- General - This popular art deco modern hotel was built in 1990, popular for it's location and quality of accommodation. (1299/0502:NM)
- Lobby - The lobby is large and very long as the hotel has 2 entrances on opposite sides of one block. The floors are dark grey along with the pillars in neo-art deco style. The walls are mahogany panelled and have large painted murals.
- Location - The hotel is located on Broadway in the Theater District and two streets north of Times Square.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is stylish and modern, serving American cuisine.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are in art deco style and are very modern and stylish. They have grey carpets and black marble topped furniture. Rooms on higher floors offer some of the best views of New York. The bathrooms are marbled in black with shower screens, no curtains. All guestrooms start from the 16th floor.
