- Exterior - It is a tranditional apartment building along tree-lined streets.
- General - This is a quiet location still with easy access of Times Square for those guests looking to escape from the "hustle and bustle" at the end of the day. (1199/1101:NM)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with light wood panelling, marble floors and a comfortable seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located in a fashionable neighbourhood between Central Park and trendy Columbus Avenue, overlooking the American Museum of Natural History and Hayden Planetarium.
- Restaurant - There is just a breakfast room in the hotel, but there are many restaurants within the neighborhood.
- Rooms - The beautifully appointed rooms features one and two bedroom suites along with standard queen rooms decorated in a French Country motif. They are medium in size and in very good condition.
