- Lobby - The lobby is very large, decorated in modern decor and accompanied by a large comfortable seating area. It has a bustling, international ambience due to its size and decor.
- Location - The hotel is located on Broadway, in the heart of the historic district, on Times Square, Carnegie Hall, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Museum of Modern Art and St. Patrick's Cathedral.
- Restaurant - There are 3 restaurants, one serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner; a bar serves dinner and drinks until midnight and a cafe serves breakfast and lunch buffets in a cheerful greenhouse setting. The hotel also has another bar which features a wide selection of wines and champagnes by the glass.
- Rooms - The rooms start from the 15th floor, with a spectacular landscape. Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with burgundy soft furnishings and mahogany furniture. The bathrooms are marbled and clean, and medium in size.
