- Exterior - A tawny brick residential style building.
- General - This hotel is recommended for clients wishing to stay near to museums and away from Midtown. (0497/0200:ST)
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby has a colourful fresco on the ceiling. There is a small seating area, with retail units on Mezzanine level.
- Location - The Barizon is located in a residential area in the upper East Side, close to 'Museum Mile' and Central Park. Just 30 minutes from La Guardia and JFK airport.
- Restaurant - No information available
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are in good condition. Standard rooms have Peach coloured carpets/furnishings with '70's style' furniture. Renovated rooms all have White shutters, wrought iron bedsteads, with modern light wood furniture. bathrooms are tiled in White.
