Both Royals and Chiefs Stadiums are only 10 minutes driving distance. For amusement, the Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun are 30 minutes from the hotel. One of the largest shopping centers, Bannister Mall, is only three km away. Next to the mall is Benjamins Stable, which provides horseback riding to the public.

- Location - The hotel is located to the south of Kansas City, near Highway 71 South.. Kansas City International Airport is directly north 96 kilometers away.

- Rooms - The rooms are very modern and large. The combination of pastel and blue colours creates the homely and residential atmosphere.
