- General - After 2 years and a total of $100 million dollars, New England's largest convention hotel has completed a full-scale renovation project. The hotel is one of the region's premiere business and convention destinations. The hotel also offers Boston's largest indoor/outdoor swimming pools. (1299/0301:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is large and spacious.
- Location - This hotel is centrally located, next to Copley Place Mall. The hotel is just a block from the train station, 2 blocks from Newbury Street and Boston Pops and 8 kilometres from Logan International Airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant featues traditional New England cuisine with a creative twist. The restaurant has a stunning but comfortable atmosphere highlighted by a dramatic open display kitchen. The lobby lounge has been completely redesigned and has doubled in size, with the resulting new lounge offering expanded seating in a more comfortable atmosphere.
- Rooms - Guest rooms are large and elegantly furnished with mahogany furnishing and beige coloured carpet and walls.
