- Exterior - This is a 15 storey, traditional building dating back to 1927.
- General - This is a legendary landmark built in 1927 and Boston's member of Historic Hotels of America. Rich in history, the hotel today offers the same luxury, hospitality, expertise, service and splendor that have attracted United States Presidents, international corporations and celebrities for the past 76 years. - Lobby - The luxurious lobby is large and elegant with traditional furnishings and enormous crystal chandeliers. A small museum on the first floor displays memorabilia, including the hotel's restaurant menu from 1927, which lists a cup of coffee at 15 cents and creamed lobster Newburg at 1.90 USD.
- Location - The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Logan International Airport and is near Newbury Street shops, public garden and the Theatre District.
- Restaurant - The hotel futures some of Boston's most famous restaurants, cafe and lounges. The selection includes a steakhouse, a seafood restaurant, a lobby lounge that serves light breakfast, lunch and elegant afternoon tea and a desserterie.
- Rooms - Graciously appointed guest rooms vary in size from small to large. Each room has been uniquely decorated in pastel colors and offers room service, voicemail, modem lines, movies and more.
