- Exterior - The hotel is a modern high-rise structure that is connected to the Longwood Center.
- General - The hotel offers a good location and value. (TG05:02)
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size but very nicely decorated in a boutique Contemporary fashion.
- Location - The Inn at Longwood Medical is centrally located with easy access to many of Boston’s universities and colleges. Many of Boston’s museums and attractions are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Fenway Park, home to the Boston Red Sox baseball team, is also nearby.
- Restaurant - The hotel's bar & grille truly offers a creative dining experience. This restaurant's decor is colorful and eclectically designed and is open seven days a week. The executive chef has created an extensive menu serving savory contemporary American cuisine. Adjacent to this restaurant is a very large food court where one can find many fast food outlets.
- Rooms - The rooms are large, well maintained, and decorated with contemporary furnishings. The colors used throughout are of deep blues and earth tones. The bathrooms are medium in size and well appointed.
