- Location - The Intercontinental North hotel is situated in the hear of the business, shopping and entertainment district.
- Restaurant - The Boulevard is a Mediterranean-Style restaurant, serving brealfast, cocltails and afternoon tea. There is a bar situated in the lobby
- Rooms - Interior decor ranging from beidermeier furnishing, reflecting the style of 1920'S to rooms with contemporary style.
