- Lobby - The hotel has a medium sized lobby with marble walls and comfortable contemporary styled furnishings. The hallways are bright and have leopard skin carpet.
- Location - The hotel is located in downtown, overlooking Grant Park, 2 blocks east of Lake Michigan. Within walking distance to many area attractions, shops and the South Loop business district. It is also close to the Art Institute of Chicago.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves American cuisine and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is popular with local neighborhood.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and appointed with yellow/green bedspreads & drapes and wooden furnishings, comtemporary in design. Bathrooms are small.
