- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is large consisting of an indoor atrium filled with exotic plants.
- Location - The hotel is conveniently located in the western suburban of the city with easy access to many corporate offices, parks, restaurants and excellent shopping. The hotel is also within easy driving distance to downtown Chicago.
- Restaurant - There is a Carribean style restaurant in the atrium lobby area specializing in grilled fresh seafood. The restaurant also has a separate lounge areaserving special tropical drinks.
- Rooms - The suites are spacious and very traditional in decor with seperate living room and well-lit dining/work areas.The bathrooms are new and in good condition with all the modern amenities.
