- Exterior - It is a mid-rise modern, brick building which is dark brown in colour and set in an open landscape.
- General - This all suite hotel offers an array of amenities for both the corporate and leisure travelers. (0502/0902:EY)
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and features modern furniture including plenty of sofa seating.
- Location - The hotel is located in the Esplanade at Locust Point and is adjacent to the Corporate Towers. The Yorktown Shopping Centre and The Oak Park are just minutes away.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves delicious Italian and American cuisine with chops being the signature dishes. The lounge is open late into the evening for relaxation and refreshments. The atrium deli located on the second floor features fresh baked pastries, fruits and a salad bar.
- Rooms - Each beautifully appointed suite is spacious and decorated with dark cherry wood furnishings including luxurious beds and oversized working desks, rusty/orange color curtains and carpeting. All suites feature separate living rooms and bedroom areas. They also feature armchairs with ottoman chairs for a comfortable stay.
