- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is medium in size and adjoins the lounge area.
- Location - The hotel is located minutes from O'Hare International Airport, near the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and the Rosemont Theater. It is only one block north of the Allstate Arena.
- Restaurant - The hotel features a bakery serving freshly baked items as well as a variety of wonderful sandwiches, soups and salads. There is also a bar offering a wide selection of gourmet beverages, and of course, Doubletree's famous chocolate chip cookies.
- Rooms - Comfortable, well-appointed guest rooms are medium in size with traditional decor and equipped with all the modern amenities.
