• Exterior - The resort covers 800 lush tropical acres. Five buildings are spread throughout the property with a pool in the center. Three buildings measure 10, 11 & 12 storys in height while the other two buildings are 2 & 3 storys.
• General - The resort offers a 26,000-square-foot pool, five poolside jacuzzis, tennis courts, golf, jogging trail, fitness center and hiking. Water sports include kayaking, wind-boarding, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing and surfing. An activities/tour desk can help you plan any excursion. Gift, boutique, golf pro, beauty/barber and florist shops are on the property. The resort has two acres of Hawaiian gardens with fragrances and views of tropical blooms. A wild life reserve is on the grounds for guests to enjoy. Meeting rooms and facilities are available upon request.
• Lobby - A Koa Canoe and paddle with island history upon it greets you when you arrive in the lobby area. The front desk is to the left of the display and conceirge services to the right. A lounge with couches and chairs is located in the lobby.
• Location - The resort is located on the Kalapaki Bay in the town of Lihue on the Island of Kauai.
• Restaurant - Five dining & drinking facilities offer local favorites, as well as Pacific Rim and international specialties. Locations range from a casual outdoor setting, to poolside, to an exotic atmosphere. An on the beach lounge has a fun atmosphere is a great location for sunsets. A traditional luau occurs at the resort.
• Rooms - All guestrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Each feature a private lanai (balcony) or patio with an ocean, garden or pool view.
