- General - This hotel was built in 1970 and last renovated in 1988. Hotel is withinwalking distance of the royal hawaiian shopping center, international market place, move theaters, and waikiki's best places to dine. Information taken from brochure. Dec 1998
- Lobby - Small lobby tastefully decorated with flowers, oval shaped receptions desk, hawaiian-styled patterned sofa and carpet and accentuated by mirrowed walls.
- Location - Tower hotel situated in the center of waikiki, three blocks from beach and nine miles from airport.
- Restaurant - Restaurant is located across the street at outrigger Malia hotel.
- Rooms - Picture windows provide for an excellent view of waikiki. Picture windows with balcony provides view of surrounding area.
