- General - The hotel has been renovated in the past year has a pool, laundry facilities and a sun deck.
- Lobby - Small lobby with reception desk and activities area, plants and paintings of Hawaiian themes throughout the small lobby
- Location - Centrally located close to all Waikiki's attractions such as the International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre and just a few blocks from the beach
- Restaurant - None on the property, accross the street is Malia Cafe and Poi BAr open from 5am to 10pm serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Rooms - All 302 rooms are air-conditioned with balcony, alarm clock, in room safe, refrigerator, data port, color cable TV. Many of the rooms have kitchenettes.
