- Lobby - Medium sized with tile flooring and a long wooden reception desk, lots of plants and 2 sitting areas.
- Location - Located on Kuhio Ave in the centre of Waikiki, close to the International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Shopping centre and a couple of blocks from world famous Waikiki Beach
- Restaurant - Ther are 2, East Ocean Grill serving seafood from 11 am to midnight and Royal BAr and Grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 6am to midnight.
- Rooms - All 327 rooms are air-conditioned with balcony, alarm, radio, color cable TV, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, data port. There are 47 rooms with kitchenette, all rooms have shower and bath tub.
