- General - Opened in 1976,it is the tallest hotel,73 stories, and the western hemisphere with a shopping gallery located on the 6th level. Also a newly renovated revolving bar,the sun dial bar, on the 73rd floor and 39 meeting rooms. Dec 98
- Lobby - Dramatic architectural structures, styled after Copenhagen's Tivoli gardens reaching to the roof of the 5-story atrium; marble flooring; custom- designed furnishings; specially-commissioned sculptures and art.
- Location - The Westin Peachtree Plaza is situated 25 minutes from Hartsfield International Airport, 6 blocks from the Georgia World Congress Center and within one block from trendy restaurants along with Planet Hollywood & Hard rock cafe.
- Restaurant - The sun dial, a tri-level complex, featuring a revolving rest and bar. The upscale steakhouse offers specialty soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees for lunch; steak, prime rib and seafood for dinner. The Savannah fish Company, multi-level dining room set beside a 100-foot horizontal waterfall. Award-winning menu include savannah fish stew and Savannah hot puffs.
