- Exterior - This is a 1950's building.
- General - This is a basic yet comfortable and clean hotel. It is popular with Europeans and caters well for this market. The hotel also offers direct access to the beach. (1299/0301:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized with lowered seating area. It also has a large, well stocked shop.
- Location - The hotel is located on the beach in the Sunny Isles section of Miami which is considered North Miami Beach. By car it is thirty-five minutes from Miami International Airport and fifteen minutes from the art deco area of South Beach.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel near the pool area, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily changes to the menu.
- Rooms - Rooms are well maintained and comfortably furnished with red tones. The rooms are medium in size. The bathrooms are also in good condition.
