- Location - The hotel is located in downtwon Disney resort area, 32 kms from the Orlando International Airport.
- Restaurant - A full service, casual restaurant offers homestyle American cuisine in the restored Boat Building Warehouse with heapin' "Tin Pans" for breakfast and tantalizing Southern entrees for dinner. The food court features a working cotton press operated by a 32-foot water wheel. Hotel also offers few other lounges, all offering American food.
- Rooms - Guest rooms are vary from small to large and are either in Southwestern-style mansions or rustic Cajun bayou dwellings, all with climate control.
