- Exterior - The hotel is modern and is made up of multiple low-rise, outside hallway buildings, some of which are on the banks of Spring Lake.
- General - The hotel has 3 swimming pools (1 heated), a bar, game room, coin operated guest laundry and a playground. ( 0599/0102:TG)
- Lobby - The lobby area is small and very basic with the restaurant off to the left and a game room and gift shop off to the right.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located in the famous International Drive area of Orlando, which offers a multitude of shopping and dining options. It is just 1 mile from Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, 3 miles from Sea World, 7 miles from the Walt Disney World complex, and just 2 miles from the Orange County Convention Center. Orlando's International Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a simple cafeteria, restaurant and deli.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, carpeted and decorated in a very simple fashion.
