- Exterior - The hotel is made up of 4 x 4-story modern buildings with exterior hallways that are surrounded by a 9 hole par 3 golf course.
- General - The hotel has 2 tropical outdoor free-form swimming pools (1 heated), picnic area, children's playground and a game room. The hotel also has a 9-hole par 3 golf course adjacent to Hotel.(1299/0102:TG)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and decorated in traditional Florida style with lots of plants and pastel colours.
- Location - The hotel is located in the Kissimmee area of Orlando and not far from all the attractions Oralndo has to offer. The Walt Disney Theme Parks, Sea World and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure are all within a 20 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is a 25 minute drive from the hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel's family style restaurant is open for buffet breakfast and dinner. The pub provides a comfortable place to relax over cocktails nightly and the bar is located between 2 tropical pools and serves exotic drinks and sandwiches during the afternoon and evening hours.
- Rooms - Standard double rooms are large and consist of 2 comfortable full size beds decorated in light floral designs. The rooms have modern style furnishings as well as a separate bath area. The views from the rooms are of the courtyard, golf course or pool.
