- Exterior - The apartment/hotel is a modern multi-building complex. The buildings are situated around an oasis of beautifully landscaped grounds with palm trees and tropical plants throughout. The architectural design utilises the colourful beauty and vibrant style of Florida.

- Lobby - The lobby is large with a wonderful Southern decor which utilises a nice combination of tile and carpeting. The lobby has an open area that looks out over the huge pool and tropical grounds which give a great first impression of the apartments/hotel.
- Location - This apartment/hotel is in the centre of the attractions area of Orlando. It is located on the quiet southern end of International Drive which is very near Sea World and not far from all the Disney Parks and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Shopping is nearby with the Premium Outlet Mall and Bletz Outlet shopping area just minutes away by car. Orlando's international airport is 20 minutes by car from the hotel.
