- Exterior - It is a modern muti two story building complex which is situated on 56 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds.

- Lobby - The lobby is large, filled with tropical plants which give it a relaxing atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is a 25 minute drive from Olando's International Airport. It is located in Maingate near the intersection of Interstate 4 and Highway 192. It is very close to Walt Disney's theme parks and within 20 minute drive to all other theme parks and shopping areas that Orlando has to offer.
- Restaurant - Hotel offers a variety of restaurants from elegant to casual and a variety of menus from feasts to snacks. The Summerhouse serves continental cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Fio-Fio is an Italian restaurant offering excellent dinners; Trellis Court Lounge is for exotic cool drinks.
- Rooms - Guest rooms are large and decorated in bright tropical colors. Each room offers a patio or balcony which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds.
