- Lobby - The lobby is large and decorated in a tropical Floridian resort style that encompasses lots of plants that go well with the earth tone colors and floral patterns seen throughout the lobby.
- Location - The location of this hotel is ideally suited to clients who intend to spend a large amount of time in and around the Walt Disney theme parks. It has good facilities for families and the pool area and grounds are well appointed and maintained.
- Restaurant - The hotel's main restaurant that has lakeviews has a Sherlock Holmes theme and is filled with genuine Victorian artifacts. It serves breakfast lunch and dinner.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and decorated in light colors and floral patterns. The furnishings are of light colored woods that go well with the rose colored carpeting. The bathrooms are medium in size and well appointed.
