- General - The hotel is now the newest hotel on Ocean Drive after a two-year, top-to-bottom renovation of its dramatic lobby and guest rooms. The hotel offers five-star hotel service, refined and tasteful surroundings, and a great location. (0902:SD)
- Lobby - The bright, airy multi-level lobby is medium in size and decorated in Miami's Art deco fashion.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of South Beach, directly across from the Miami's beautiful white sandy beach and just four blocks north of the Ocean Drive's great night life and restaurants.
- Restaurant - The hotel serves breakfast and dinner in its lobby restaurant.
- Rooms - All guestrooms are medium in size and decorated in custom designed Art Deco style furniture that upholstered in soothing tones of soft green, ginger and cream colors. Warm yellow walls are accented with black and white photos of classic Miami Beach Deco hotels. Wooden Venetian blinds add to the airy, tropical atmosphere of the room.
