• Exterior - The hotel is one of the very traditional Art Deco designed buildings of Miami's South Beach area. It was built in 1939 and recently undergone major renovations emphasizing the building Art Deco features and the pastel colors it originally possessed.
• General - The hotel also offers a small gym, valet parking (charge), guest laundry and concierge services.(TG01:02)
• Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and features a beautiful muti-parterned Terrazzo floor. The furnishings are of modern art deco design and the colors used are light pastels. The lobby is very open and uncluttered
• Location - The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Miami's Art Deco District just a half a block from the famous South Beach where one can enjoy many fine restaurants, great shops and some of the best nightlife Miami has to offer. Also near by is Miami's convention center, the Theater of Performing Arts and Lincoln Road shopping area.
• Restaurant - Although the hotel does not have a restaurant it does serve a nice continental breakfast in the lobby. The hotel is in proximity to many restaurants, some within walking distance.
• Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and nicely decorated with modern polished hard wooden furnishings. The walls are painted in off white colors, the floors are tiled also in off white and the window drapes are shades of blues, reds and oranges. The bathrooms are small but well appointed.
