- Exterior - This is a modern, 5-story motor inn, built in 1980 and renovated in 2002.
- General - Hotel offers shuttle service to/from airport, downtown/Bayside Market Place and Port of Miami. It is recommended for both business and leisure clients. (0599/0502:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is small with new furniture and furnishing, and resembles a registration room.
- Location - The hotel is located in the downtown business district, adjacent to Miami Medical Complex which is comprised of Jackson Memorial, Cedars and Va Bascom-Palmer Hospitals. South Beach is just 15 minutes drive away.
- Restaurant - There is a 24-hour restaurant at the hotel.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size and comfortable. All rooms have been recently upgraded with all new enhanced wallpaper border designs which gives a feeling of coziness and elegance.
