- Exterior - This is a pink painted, low-rise, modern construction dating back to the 1950s.
- General - This is a basic hotel, ideal for a beach-type holiday. It has an attractive pool area leading to the beach. The hotel was refurbished in 1999. (1299/0102:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and intimate with plants and seating areas.
- Location - The resort is conveniently situated on the beach next to the world famous Bal Harbour Shops in North Miami Beach just 15 minutes from South Beach and 25 minutes from Miami International Airport.
- Restaurant - There is a small restaurant on the ground floor serving snacks and full meals throughout the day.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and spacious, though basic. They are comfortably furnished to a reasonable standard, using green colours. All rooms open onto the central pool area. The hotel also has fully equipped kitchen suites and 1 bedroom kitchen suites.
