- Exterior - The exterior of this hotel combines the traditional classic art deco style with a very modern cutting edge design. The street side where the hotel stands is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees.
- General - The resort has one beach level pool with a whirpool spa and one second level pool with a bar overlooking the ocean. (0901/0102:SD)
- Lobby - The spectacular medium sized lobby looks much as it did over a half century ago when the hotel was one of Miami's grandest names. The lobby features a beautiful terrazzo floor, classic architecture and vibrant colors that will take you back to the glorious "deco days" of the 1930s.
- Location - The hotel is located on Miami's famous South Beach. It is close to all the restaurants, cafes, night clubs and all the shopping the area has to offer. Miami's International Airport is a twentyfive minute drive to the hotel. Miami's downtown and the Bayside Market area are just 10 minutes away by car.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants offering indoor and outdoor oceanview dinning.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and feature spectacular ocean or city views. The decor is a nice mix of contemporary and art deco design.
