• Exterior - The hotel is a modern, high-rise building painted in a bright yellow colour, giving it the art deco feel of South Beach. Throughout the hotel you will find tropical plants and palm trees.
• General - The hotel has a large pool which is within walking distance to the ocean. The hotel also has a parking garage directly next door which is available for guest use. This hotel has completed its renovations and now offer a value added package which includes parking, complimentary use of lounge chairs at the beach among other things. (99/0102:SD)
• Lobby - The lobby is large with an open modern floor plan which runs from the front all the way through the back of the hotel. The cafe, Italian restaurant, gift shop and video arcade room are situated all on lobby level. All of the lobby furnishings are very modern and the floor is tiled.
• Location - The hotel is on Miami's world-famous South Beach, just steps away from renowned Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, the Jackie Gleason Theatre of the Performing Arts and the Miami Beach Convention Centre. It is only 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport and 10 minutes from the Port of Miami. In addition, shopping, dining and nightlife are all nearby.
• Restaurant - The hotel's Italian restaurant serves an a la carte menu. The cafe serves a variety of coffees and snacks and the poolside bar serves lunch featuring deli favorites, salads and other appetizing foods, frozen tropical drinks and cocktails. In addition, on the hotel premises is the world famous steak house.
• Rooms - The rooms are large with very modern art deco furnishings and amenities. The rooms are decorated in bright tropical colours and fabrics. Rooms either have 1 king size bed or 2 full size beds.
