- Lobby - Lobby is medium in size and tastefully decorated with modern furniture, marble floors and plants.
- Location - Hotel is located on the Intercoastal Waterway, across the street from the ocean. It is just minutes from the Art Deco District and the action of South Beach; while to the North you can enjoy upscale shopping in Bal Harbour and Aventura.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
- Rooms - Guestrooms are large and spacious, decorated with blonde color modern furniture and rose/burgundy color bedspreads and carpeting. Each guestroom has a private balcony with a direct water view, large walk-in closets and beautiful marble bathrooms.
