- Exterior - This is a modern, 3-story building, built in an art deco style and painted in white.
- General - This hotel is run in the same way as a guest house; it offers a friendly welcome and because of its size, it is very personal. Nicely decorated and designed to be a home away from home. (1299/0102:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and welcoming with a small seating area where continental breakfast is served.
- Location - The hotel is centrally situated in the Miami Beach area, minutes from the convention center and a few blocks from the ocean front. It is 25 minutes from Miami International Airport and steps away from the Lincoln Avenue, outdoor shopping center with many bars and restaurants.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant at the hotel, however guests may use the restaurant at the sister hotel, just adjacent to the hotel.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium sized and decorated in minimalist style. They are comfortable and have white soft furnishings. Rooms have queen sized beds only, 2 guests per room sharing 1 bed.
