- Exterior - This is an extremely large hotel which is high rise and modern with well landscaped grounds.
- General - This hotel has enjoyed a high profile reputation since the 50's and has been featured in a number of movies including 'Goldfinger' ( James Bond ) set on a very large plot of ground the gardens and the pool area are exquisite. Large numbers of tropical plants and flowers as well as grottos and private areas make this a joy to experience. (0100/0102:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is very large and grand - with marble floors, luxurious carpet and chandaliers.
- Location - The hotel is located 20 to 30 minutes from Miami International Airport and a short distance from the Convention Center. Between Indian Creek and the beach.
- Restaurant - This hotel offers 11 different choices of restaurant from a steak house to a sushi bar and pool bar any taste can be catered for.
- Rooms - The rooms are mostly renovated and are of a good size - they are decorated and furnished to a high standard in green colours which reflect the colours of the gardens and the sea.
