- Exterior - This hotel is a modern style building dating from 1947. The building is white and the front entrance area is surrounded by high clipped hedges.
- General - This hotel is a masterpiece of modern design. It was designed by internationally acclaimed designer Philippe Starke. In every aspect this is a unique hotel experience; the gardens include large sized chess boards and hammocks. The pool area is breathtaking and the hotel has recently erected pavillion type tents on the beach where massage and beauty treatments are offered. - Lobby - The lobby is large and airy. It is decorated with stunning pieces of designer furniture. White drapes form partitions which separate the different areas.
- Location - This beach-front hotel is centrally located in the heart of the art deco district of Miami Beach. The hotel is 30 minutes from Miami International Airport.
- Restaurant - There are good choices of restaurants here, from gourmet dining to a homestyle 'help yourself' kitchen. The main restaurant serves meals outside.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium sized and decorated in a minimalist style. All furnishings are white, which give the rooms a clean and crisp feel.
