- Exterior - This white and green, stucco, oceanfront hotel is modern. It was built in 1945 and renovated in 1993/1994.
- General - The hotel is situated directly on 375 feet of white sandy beach and only a ten minute walk from the entertainment district and nightlife. The hotel is only four blocks away from the convention centre and has conference facilities for up to 300 people. (0599/0102:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is large and spacious, decorated with comfortable chairs and plants.
- Location - Hotel is centrally located two blocks from Miami Beach Convention Centre, 16 kilometres from Miami International Airport and just minutes away from shopping and Miami Seaquarium.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant but there are many restaurants within walking distance.
- Rooms - Rooms are large and beautifully appointed most of which have views of the ocean.
