- Exterior - The hotel is a modern authentic art deco building.
- General - In addition to the great South Beach location the hotel also offers guests a large courtyard style swimming pool. (0102:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and designed in the contemporary Art Deco style. The furnishings are all very modern and are all of light colors. The high ceiling, tropical plants and lots of natural light give the lobby a very open airy feel.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located on Collins Avenue at 17th street in the heart of Miami Beach's historic Art Deco district and South Beach.
- Restaurant - Although the hotel does not have a restaurant there is a cafe right next door.
- Rooms - The rooms are small but well appointed with wine colored fabrics, nice carpeting and modern furnishings.
