- Exterior - This is a modern, low-rise building in 1950s style and painted a cream colour.
- General - This is a pleasant family type hotel, which is popular with holidaymakers, it has direct beach access and the pool area is landscaped and well tended. There is a good range of shops across the road from the resort and also a large shopping centre 12.8 kilometers away.
- Lobby - The lobby is large with tropical plants and scattered seating areas and dark stone flooring.
- Location - The resort is directly on the oceanfront on Sunny Isles Beach and 32 kilometers from Miami International Airport, 19.2 kilometer from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and South Beach.
- Restaurant - There is a small restaurant on the ground floor, which serves full meals and snacks. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and some have views of the swimming pool area. They are decorated in light colours. Some have kitchen areas and large mirrored walls.
