- Exterior - This is a 1950-style low rise, 2-story, modern motel with no interior hallways.
- General - This hotel is great for the low budget traveller seeking a very friendly and young spirited atmosphere. The staff are very willing to help you arrange your activities in Miami during your stay. The hotel is best suited to low budget student travellers and is unsuitable for families.(1299/0102:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is small. There is a travel agency and a guest services desk where activities throughout Miami can be planned. The feel of the hotel is much the same as that of a youth hostel.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located near the white sand beaches of Miami Beach and the famous Art Deco District. It is a short walk to Miami's nightclubs, cafes and shopping districts. Miami International Airport is only 7.7 miles away, which is about 20 minutes by car.
- Restaurant - The cafe and bar is located by the pool side and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner at great prices.
- Rooms - The rooms are small to medium in size and are very basic, without carpeting and amenities. However, they are kept clean and neat. Some rooms have dormitory-style bunk beds.
